10 Years ago I created a business with the aim of providing property management services to people in the Armed Forces. At the time I was an experienced Royal Navy helicopter pilot, instructor and display pilot teaching and operating with other aircrew and personnel all over the world. I was used to good communication, effective people and proactive solutions. And you don’t get anywhere in military aviation without high standards. I was also a landlord… and I was struggling to get a decent management service – so the business idea was born.
In 2014 I started trading full time and grew the business from scratch. I shunned advice from other agents, and I programmed and developed my own software to create a customer management system that would support my vision. I have avoided and refused to go into property sales and instead have coupled together property lettings/management with property maintenance to create a comprehensive service that works.
2020 sees Proudhouse emerging as one of the South West’s leading property management firms. We look forward to new landlords joining us.
