In Aug 2020 Nicola became a co-owner of Proudhouse alongside Chris, and holds the NFOPP Level 3 in Residential Lettings and Management. Nic also holds Level 3 Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice.
Nicola Kitson is originally from Salisbury in Wiltshire. Nicola has lived in various places in the South West of England and is now happily settled in Yeovil.
Concurrent to raising children Nicola has worked as project support for Asset Management and Technical teams in the Social housing sector in Exeter. Nicola is part-way through an Open Degree with The Open University studying a variety of modules including Business and Project Management and has used Proudhouse Property Management as a case study within one of her degree modules.
Nicola enjoys working as part of a team in a fresh and forward thinking company that strives hard to meet client expectations and beyond.
