Welcome to our main enquiry page for tenants looking for a new home. We know there is a shortage of homes – and we know that it can sometimes seem frustrating having to deal with agents. And you may feel that some telephone calls to agents are not answered or messages ignored or even that some agents just prefer the sound of someone over another. That’s not nice when you need to find a new home.
So we have setup this page to be as fair as possible. Every enquiry is reviewed ‘on paper’ and checked to ensure they are suitable for a new home. And we will follow up every enquiry with a telephone call
How does it work?
- Click the button below and complete your enquiry
- The form asks all the questions that we would previously have asked on the phone
- When you click submit, your details are sent direct into our system, directly to our staff
- Everyday, at around 2PM, all enquiries are reviewed and follow up calls made to every enquiry
- A tenant is selected based on their circumstances and suitability for the home.
