We aim to be as transparent and as fair as possible with fees. The fees displayed here are reviewed monthly and reflect exactly what you will be invoiced when you use our services. With our managed properties, clients can expect a monthly management invoice, via our client invoicing portal, clear and unambiguous invoices for maintenance and no hidden fees or mark-ups. Invoices for tradespeople are invoiced as disbursements (which means we do not profit from them). Non routine maintenance is usually notified via an estimate system. And all anticipated works are logged and notified to landlords before work commences thus giving landlords the option to decide on proceedings or not.
Oh, and that really irritating thing that some agents do… mandatory and expensive renewals? We don’t do that. Renewals are voluntary and fairly priced at 60 quid for the admin time!
