Chris and Victoria were in attendance at Yeovilton International Air Day on 8th July 2017 with a trade-stand in Hanger 4. It was also the perfect opportunity for Proudhouse to formally sign the Armed Forces Covenant with Cdr Gus Carnie of the Maritime Wildcat Force. The Armed Forces Covenant is an official pledge to support the Armed Forces Community and Service Families. Our pledges are now listed on the Government Armed Forces Covenant web page. With a strong connections with the Armed Forces and RNAS Yeovilton, Proudhouse are delighted to support our military forces and their people. Chris from Proudhouse would like to pass on a huge thank you to Wessex Reserve Forces and Cadets Association for all their assistance with facilitating and registering the pledges with the scheme.
It wasn’t so long ago that Chris was displaying at Air Shows, including Yeovilton; in 2010 and 2011 he flew for the “Black Cats” Royal Navy Helicopter Display team. So a trade-stand in the hanger was a little slower paced than his previous attendances at Yeovilton Air Day! However, his passion now lies with running the business along with Victoria and the rest of the team although the day did provide some exciting and enthralling displays. Proudhouse look forward to returning next year.
