Our staff then respond to every enquiry, usually between 2 and 4 pm on weekdays. This form does not guarantee a viewing, but it ensures you'll get a telephone response from us, in person.

We need some basic information about who will live with you in a home. The following questions are independent of each other. Please consider each question separately.

It's important that we check a property is affordable - our referencing process requires the monthly income to be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. A deposit equivalent to one months rent is also required. We will contact you for full referencing details when required. 

Typically, and especially for popular properties, we'll do viewings in one session over a morning or an afternoon. We normally allocate a maximum of 8 viewings in one 2-hour session. This form does not guarantee a viewing, but it's the best way to get your details to us fast, and then we can call you back to arrange a viewing slot if still available. We don't share your data with anyone else. It is stored on the web server and becomes available only in our system at the office. We are not allowed to store data longer than necessary. If you're not selected then your data will be automatically deleted in 3 months time. If you wish for your data to be deleted earlier, then please input a date below. Our system will then automatically delete your data and notify you.
