Welcome to Proudhouse Property Management; we offer letting and mangement services for landlords and tenants in the South West. We are also proud to specialise in providing services for members of the Armed Forces; as forces personnel ourselves we understand the needs and pressures on today's service men and women and aim to give you the best service possible, whether you're deployed in the British Isles, overseas, on the sea or on the frontline.

We strive to offer the best value for money that we can, both to our landlord clients and tenants. We have stripped our fees down to what we consider the bare essentials; we don't feel the need to charge fees for some of the more routine administration - for example; we don't charge new tenants an initial administration fee! And as a landlord you won't pay any fees until your tenants move in and rent is being received.

As a landlord, your property is your investment; an unlet property is bad for you and bad for us which is why we'll strive to find suitable tenants for landlords quickly. Landlords can expect prompt communication and reliable, professional service.
